There is a very nice trattoria inside the village itself.  Walking distance to an Italian bar and a shop.  The village Forcoli is 2 km away.  It has several stores and places to eat.  It is 27 km to Pisa and 30 km to the ocean.

The lush gardens surrounding the pool has one terrace for each apartment.  In addition common area for barbeque.

There are four apartments, which will sleep from two up to eight.  Nearby is the is the very old apartment Canonica.  It is restored with frescoes and traditional materials.

Borgo di Alica has been known since Etruscan times, several hundred years before the Romans arrived.  The owners, Clara and Roberto, are keen to maintain the character of the 16th century buildings.
