VACATION HOME: Cerbaiola
pool, views, and close to a village

With a swimmingpool and walking distance to the medieval village of Montemagno.  Quiet and private, in the midst  of olive grooves, and with a view of Pisa and the ocean.

 

The apartment has a separate entrance and is about 60sqm, on two floors, with internal stairs.  One bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, and a sitting room with TV.  Separate kitchen with pizza oven.  On the ground floor there is another sitting room with a sofa bed for one adult or two children.  Mosquito nets in all windows.  Access to washing machine.  Pets allowed.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace and the garden. Barbeque. The pool is 6mx10m with a depth of 1,20m and is only shared with the host, Angela who lives with her son in their own apartment on the property. Parking behind gates. You can see Cerbaiola on the map here.

 It is about 300m to the village Montemagno. There you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant (trattoria) with excellent food and affordable prices.

 

 

From Montemagno you can take the bus directly to Pisa.  It is about 2km to Calci (the centre of the municipality). There you will find more restaurants, butcher, bakery, a supermarket and so on.

The nearest beach, Marina di Vecchiano, is 25km away. The beaches south of Pisa are 27km away.

Distances to famous cities: Pisa 11km, Lucca 24km, Firenze 80km, Siena 125km.
