VACATION HOME: Villa Dante
with a pool and a garden in a village

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in an historical  villa with a private little pool. Wireless internet and bicycles are included in the rental price. Walking distance to grocery shop, bakery, cafè and a few restaurants. Not far from Pisa, Lucca and the beaches by the Mediterranean Sea.

   

The apartment (110 sqm) is on second floor. High ceilings and big windows. Wireless internet for free. Here are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Space for two extra beds. One bathroom. Separate kitchen with a dining table, italian coffee machine, microwave, oven and a fire place. In the sitting room there are sofas, another dining table, TV and dvd-player. Washing machine. Pets allowed.

Your host, Chiara, speaks English very well. She runs a bar and a pizzeria just around the corner. There are two other apartments in the villa, that are used by Chiara's family.

A large private garden with a barbeque and a proper pizza oven. Parking outside the gate. Bicycles are at your disposal for free. There are cycle lanes to Pisa city centre. The swimming pool (6m diameter and 1,3m deep) and the garden are used exclusively for the guests staying in Villa Dante.

The apartment also has a little balcony with a view to Dante's tower on the cliff. A nice, quiet place to sit in the evenings.

The villa is situated in the little village called Caprona. Here you will find a grocery shop, bakery, cafè, a few restaurants and bus stop with connection to Pisa city centre (30 min.).

The location is ideal for daytrips to the beaches by the Mediterranean Sea (22km), Pisa (9km), Lucca (24km), Firenze (75km) and Siena (120km).

Price for four persons one week in June/July/August 2009: 875 euro. The prices are lower from September until May.

If you rent more than one week you will obtain a 10% discount from the first day. Minimum renting period is 3 days.
