Villa Gemma is newly restored. Both apartments have two bedrooms, kitchen partly separated from the sitting room, two bedroom, fireplace, TV and washing machine. Pets are allowed. More pictures and information from the apartmens Gergorio and Gianmarco here. Both apartments have dedicated space outside with a barberque. Common, fenced in garden. The pool is 5x10 meters, 1.5 meters deep. Two bicycles for rent. Parking just outside the gate. The host, Loretta, speaks English and lives in San Miniato. |

During your stay at Villa Gemma, you should have access to a car as there is no public transport nearby. Nearest shop and bar is 2,2 km away while the nearest trattoria is 3,5 away. The distance to San Miniato where you will find many shops, places to eat, butcher, bakery, and tourist information is 4,5km. To the beaches by the Ocean it is 60km. The famous cities are not far away: Firenze (Florence) 50km, Lucca 51km, Pisa 52km, Siena 70km. |
