The apartment is 110 sqm, restored in traditional materials, and on the first floor.  Bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds.  Space for extra beds if needed.  Bathroom with shower.  Large kitchen with dining table.  From the sitting room there is a very nice view, and lots of light through the arched windoes.  The owner  Stefania and her two dogs live in an apartment on the ground floor.

We live in Villa, a mere 20 meters away.  You are welcome over for an espresso or a glass of wine.

Centre of the municipality (Comune)  Calci with stores is 2 km away.  11 km to Pisa, and 25 km to the beaches by the sea.
