The house is from the 16th century, and we have completely restored it; the project was finished in May 2009.  The house is 65 sqm over three floors.  On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen and sitting room.   Stove for wood. Wireless internet access. Two bedrooms (double bed upstairs, two single beds downstairs), and two bathrooms (one on each floor).    Room for one extra bed.  Panoramic view towards Pisa and the ocean.  No pets allowed.  Access to washing machine possible.

Small terrace just outside the entrance.  A few steps up, and you are in the garden, in the shade under a pear tree.  Parking.

Excellent terrain for walking and hiking.  Olive grooves and mountains.

About 300 meters to public transport, with direct line to Pisa.  In the village there is a small general store, a trattoria (restaurant) with very good and inexpensive food.  To the centre of the municipalty in Calci is 2km where you will find more places to eat, proper Italian ice cream, super marked, bakery, butcher, and so on.

The nearest beach, at Marina di Vecchiano, is 25km away. It is 27 km to the beaches south of Pisa.
