Old mansion with newly restored apartments. On a hill with a beautiful view of Pisa. Situated on the top of the village Montemagno. Close to Pisa, the beaches by the Mediterranean and Lucca.

All apartments have private areas outside. Common garden with barbeque. Parking on the property behind gates. The host, Andrea, speaks fluent English and lives in the same house.

About 300m to bus stop with connection to Pisa.  In Montemagno there is a small grocery shop, a restaurant with low prices and very good food.  Only 2km to the centre of the municipality, Calci. There you will find a supermarket, several places to eat, butcher, bakery, and so on. The nearest beach, Marina di Vecchiano, is 25km. The beaches south of Pisa are 27km away. To Pisa 11 km, Lucca 24km, Firenze (Florence) 80km, Siena 125km.

 

Examples of prices 2009, two persons one week: Sofia – 529 euro, Mariasole – 596 euro, Corrado – 606 euro.  All three apartments for six persons – 1560 euro for one week. Minimum rental period is three days .
