The apartments La Selleria (35 sqm) and La Cantina (30 sqm) are well equipped. Both are on ground floor, with one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, and a combined kitchen and sitting room.   There is a large sofa in the sitting room, oven, and TV.  Pets are welcome.

The house is situated in a private setting.  Both apartmens have private space in the garden.  Also common gardens.  Barbeque.  The pool is 3.2 x 4.8 meters and 1.50 deep.  The owner lives in the same house.

Nice view from the garden and the pool towards the town  San Miniato, which is less than a kilometre away.   Most of the distance to San Miniato is uphill.
In San Miniato you will find everything you need for shopping and eating.

The beaches south of Pisa, in Tirrenia, is about 50 km away.  To other famous places in Toscana:Lucca 40km,  Firenze 40km,  Pisa 40km, Siena 70km.

July, August - 474 euro.
May, June, September - 427 euro.
From October to April - 355 euro.
