The apartment is 45 sqm and it is both functional and done in Tuscan style.  You will find a bedroom on and a bathroom on a half-floor (loftroom).  On ground floor there is a sitting room with sleep-over sofa, and kitchen with dining table.  You can walk directly into the garden with herbs and fruit trees.  Several terraces with excellent view towards Pisa.

Well maintained apartment in a house that was used as a mill a long time ago.  Situated on a hillside with a fantastic view and possibilities for exploring the forests and surrounding mountains.
