The wine from Chianti
You are most welcome to a big dinner with wines in Montemagno! Tage is the chef and will direct the activities while you participate and learn about the cooking, the wines and the structure of traditional Italian food.
The kitchen in
Villa opens at 7 p.m. for those who want to
participate also in the preparations. At 8 p.m we all have an apèritif
together
before we embark on a five course dinner on the terrace. We enjoy the
evening in good
company and with delicious food and wine.
On the menu there will be dishes like crostini, pasta with gorgonzola and
walnuts, home made tiramisu and focaccia. The wine is usually from a winery
in Chianti. As this is a typical Italian dinner there will be between 10 and
25 people around the table.
You will get an apèritif, a five course dinner, wines, water
from the spring, coffee and everything you need to know on how to make it
yourself at home. 35 euro per person. Of course, children are also welcome, at half the price.
Cena means "the evening meal" and we try to arrange this at least once a
