One of the oldest houses in the medieval village Montemagno.  Restored in old Tuscan style. Private garden, but still in the middle of the village.  Spacious sitting room.    Walking distance to grocery shop and place to eat.

 

The house is 160 sq.m. on three floors with internal stairs.  Four bedrooms, two with double bed, one with bunk-beds, and one with a one-and-a-half bed.  Space for two extra beds.  Two bathrooms; one with WC and washing machine, and one with shower and WC. Sitting room with chairs, sofa and an open fire place.  Separate kitchen with dining table.  No pets allowed.  See more picture from Casa Torre here.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace and garden.  To the public parking below the village is 250 meters.

The bus stop  is about 250 meters away (service to Pisa).  In Montemagno you will find an old-style general store and a small trattoria (restaurant).  To the centre of the municipality is 2km.   There you can find many shops, bars, places to eat, and so on.

The nearest beach, Marina di Vecchiano, is25km away. The beaches south of Pisa are 27 km away.

Distances to famous cities: Pisa 11km, Lucca 25km, Firenze 80km, Siena 125km.
