We welcome you in our Villa in the medieval village of Montemagno. The villa is about one thousand years old, recently restored in old Tuscan style, with all modern facilities, including Internet. We live in the central part of the villa while we rent out two appartments - each with a separate entrance. Here you can enjoy a genuine Italian lifestyle in the hills overlooking Pisa.
The mountain raising behind the village is crossed by paths perfect for walking and hiking. We supply suggestions for iteniaries, both short and long.
The garden stretches above the villa, set with ancient terraces. We all enjoy our coffee and glasses of wine there. From the topmost terrace we can see the Leaning tower of Pisa and the sun setting in the Mediterranian in the evening.  You are naturally free to use the herbs when you cook.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marianne is 35 sqm with one bedroom, modern bathroom, sitting room and a kitchen. Well-suited for two or three persons.
Karine is 55 sqm with one bedroom, modern bathroom, sitting room with two extra beds, and kitchen with a table that seats six. Sleeps up to four. We can provide a child bed.

In the village there are a small grocery store, two small very cosy restaurants and a church.

The village is frequented by a public bus that goes to Pisa, 11 km. The center of the municipality, Calci, with more shops and restaurants is only 2 km away.
